I've just setup an apache2 server on Debian Sarge. I'm doing a little bit of virtual hosting and I want to make sure no one is stealing all the bandwidth since it's on a DSL line. Can I tell apache to only allow a certain amount of traffic per month? Or how can I monitor how much a user has consumed?
