ethernet realtek 8029 boot-up problem

Dear list,

I have a Debian 3.0 r2 system running the kernel 2.2, it was a little old,
so I use apt-get update the kernel to 2.6.8-2-686, but my ethernet realtek 8029
don't work now.
I saw this error when it is booting,
SIOCSIFADDR: No such device
eth0: ERROR while getting interface flags: No such device
SIOCSIFNETMASK: No such device
SIOCSIFBRDADDR: No such device
eth0: ERROR while getting interface flags: No such device
eth0: ERROR while getting interface flags: No such device

I tried to load the mode 8390.ko module, and run ' ifup eth0 ' then got
same error as before.

Any ideas?
