I'll add my vote for those last two.  I was going to suggest them myself.  
Also, phporganisation and nola are probably worth a look.  But I think 
sql-ledger will cover everything you need now, and give you lots of room to 
grow.  If only it was a little more user friendly and came with a manual :)
