Quasar Accounting 1.4 released under GPL

Hi

>From time to time there are posts here about accounting packages running
on Linux.  

I am wondering whether Quasar is likely to find its way into the debian
repository?  From my understanding someone will need to maintain it but
I haven't really studied the process of how software is chosen for
inclusion in Debian.  Yes I will go and explore debian.org for further
insight but meanwhile, does anyone have a view on whether and how Quasar
might be included?
