cifs mounting by non-root user

Hey guys,

I want to be able to mount a cifs share via fstab, but I want users to 
be able to do it.  I read somewhere that mount.cifs has to be installed 
setuid, but am not sure how to do that.

Is this the correct way to go about it?  If so, could someone tell me 
how to do it?
