php4-imagick dependency problem on sid

Hi i am trying to Install php4-imagick on sid, and get the following
error:

:~$ sudo apt-get install php4-imagick libapache-mod-php4
Reading Package Lists... Done
Building Dependency Tree... Done
libapache-mod-php4 is already the newest version.
Some packages could not be installed. This may mean that you have
requested an impossible situation or if you are using the unstable
distribution that some required packages have not yet been created
or been moved out of Incoming.
The following information may help to resolve the situation:

The following packages have unmet dependencies:
: Depends: phpapi-20020918 but it is not installable
E: Broken packages

according to http://packages.debian.org/unstable/virtual/phpapi-20020918
this dependency should be fulfilled by libapache-mod-php4.

Is this the fault of php4-imagick or libapache-mod-php4? should
php4-imagick be changed to depend on a newer virtual package than
phpapi-20020918, or should libapache-mod-php4 be changed to provide
phpapi-20020918? Or is there something else going on?
