I haven't looked at a PPPoE login in ages, leaving all that to my 
linksys router running in gateway mode.  But, except for the notes 
about MTU & MRU and the fact that it came from the ppp daemon instead 
of the PPPoE (they're std, PPPoE runs at 1492 on the client/your side 
of the connection), this almost looks like a successfull connection.  
You were assigned a local address, presumably by a DHCP server, and 
given the DNS IP's you need to use for lookups, so it should be 
working.  Is it not?
