I have to correct your English (it's a habit). It should read "Hello. I'm from Cuba. I need ths driver for my PC."
The SiS620 should be within the kernel. As for your sound card, I'm not too sure about that. Have you compiled your own kernel yet? Doing so would probably be the best way to solve this issue.
