I downloaded CD1 of Sarge (dated 3.1.05) and on installation it didn't give the desktop option. I tried the `manual package selection` but it seemed to contain only programing type packages (no GUI,KDE,GNOME etc). Is this a normal type of bug that happens from time to time? As of yesterday (Tuesday) version 3.1.05 was still being offered. (I burnt my CD twice incase of a bad copy). Many thanks for any enlightenment on this. Cheers Karoo.
