It's useless to carry around encrypted data when the private key is also 
on the device.  You'd need to store the private key on a seperate 
device, which gets to be a pain.  You can get a port of GnuPG for the 
PocketPC.

What would be slick would be: store a private key that a server knows 
about on the device.  Have always-on connectivity.  Use the private key 
to securely download to memory the private key that unencrypts the data 
on the device.  Make sure memory is securely wiped when done.
