I recently installed Sarge on an HP ze5607wm and found it somewhat
lacking in hardware support. The good news is that Debian's freedom
policies permit third-party support and I now have a fully functional
laptop:

kernel.org (touchpad, oss audio, acpi, drm video)
     debian.linux-systeme.com (x.org 3D graphics, synaptics touchpad)
     linuxant.com (winmodem- 14.4K is free, 56K+FAX is $15)
