dpkg-reconfigure xserver-xfree86
might be what you are looking for.

You can also source /etc/bash_completion and then press tab after
entering the command midway.

#source /etc/bash_completion
#dpkg-reconfigure xserver-x<tab>

will give you
#dpkg-reconfigure xserver-xfree86
