Hi

Try to blacklist your cards in /etc/hotplug/blacklist. 
Then add the modules for your cards in /etc/modules. First the sound card, the 
TV card, e.g:

snd-bt87x
bttv

PS: The other (stupid) idea I have is to switch the PCI cards.
Cause it seems that the TV Card is beeing found first. By switching them
maybe you get the result that the soundcard is found first.
