It looks a bit like

The date sounds the same as for me. The actual root of the problem is
that '/etc/init.d/apache reload' causes Apache to die. That command is
issued as part of the logrotate scripts which run each night - in your
case at 0400.
I will check that bug above and see whether it's worth adding a comment
to it, or, if not, opening a new bug.
