sfdisk to the rescue!

Hi folks,
boy did I have one of those days!
I was trying to work on a disk but ended up cfdisk'ing the wrong disk.
PANIC!
I then remembered that I had dd'ed my old dying disk to my current one.
so I used knoppix and did 'sfdisk -d /dev/hda | sfdisk /dev/hdb'.
and voila! disk partition table RESTORED!
maybe I should make a floppy of this next time!
