Hi Tom,
there are a few things:
1) OpenOffice (oo) can output to PDF (which can be read/printed
anywwhrere)
2) OO can output to DOC
3) OO can output to RTF (which any program can read)
4) Tell them about OO for windows and for MAC and tell them it FREE! and
to download it and use it! (it will save them money?)
