I'm running unstable.  From here:

  $ sudo aptitude install fwbuilder
  Reading Package Lists... Done
  Building Dependency Tree
  Reading extended state information
  Initializing package states... Done
  Reading task descriptions... Done
  The following NEW packages will be automatically installed:
    fwbuilder-common fwbuilder-linux libfwbuilder6
  The following NEW packages will be installed:
    fwbuilder fwbuilder-common fwbuilder-linux libfwbuilder6
  0 packages upgraded, 4 newly installed, 0 to remove and 0 not upgraded.
  Need to get 0B/1779kB of archives. After unpacking 6128kB will be used.
  Do you want to continue? [Y/n/?] n
  Abort.

I don't have Apache installed, and fwbuilder doesn't require it.
