KDE 3.3 install

Hello
I am running Debian Unstable.  I want to install KDE 3.3, but when I run 
"apt-get install kdebase" I get the following message:

Some packages could not be installed. This may mean that you have
requested an impossible situation or if you are using the unstable
distribution that some required packages have not yet been created
or been moved out of Incoming.

Since you only requested a single operation it is extremely likely that
the package is simply not installable and a bug report against
that package should be filed.
The following information may help to resolve the situation:

  kdebase: Depends: kappfinder (>= 4:3.3.0-1) but it is not going to be 
installed
  Depends: kate (>= 4:3.3.0-1) but it is not going to be installed
  Depends: kcontrol (>= 4:3.3.0-1) but it is not going to be installed
  Depends: kdebase-bin (>= 4:3.3.0-1) but it is not going to be installed
<etc.>
E: Broken packages

What should I do to fix this and get KDE installed?  I haven't done an 
apt-get upgrade for a month or two now, because I use dialup and don't 
have time for all that downloading.
