Does Postini have a fixed IP address? If yes, then you should be able to
just set up your firewall to block accesses to port 25 except from its IP
address, and not have to worry about Qmail at all.

If not, I'd try setting up SMTP-Auth inside Qmail, and let the Postini
people know what the password they need to send you email is.
