I am not too sure if this is a bug or not but,

shows:

Currently this is correct but possibly not for long since this stopped
being supported and funded by JISC on 1st aug 2004.

however according to the The Joint Information Systems Committee the new
mirror is 

http://www.mirrorservice.org
