If you want the route to be configured everytime a certain interface
comes up, you can use /etc/network/interfaces. Read the interfaces man
page for details. If you want to run some script, you could use
the /etc/network/if-up.d directory. But maybe adding a gateway option
to one of the interface sections already does what you want.
