man dpkg-reconfigure

The man command can answer a lot of your questions for you, and if it
doesn't, it will at least let you ask better questions.

In this instance, you're looking for "dpkg-reconfigure -plow" where -p
is like --priority, and "low" is the value passed to it.



If you are going to give someone a RTFM, at least RTFQ, he knew that and states his understanding of that in his first sentence.
