because they are trying to save $2.oo switch if they can
since its not required for any regulatory requirements
( when you sell a million cases a month, if you can save a buck or two,
( they will do it or to even save a nickel ... ( no manuals ) ...
- hitting reset is better than hitting the power given that
one of the 2 evil things need to be done
