I'm using sarge with Gnome and always get this GnomeUI-WARNING **: While connecting to session manager: Authentication Rejected, reason : None of the authentication protocols specified are supported and host-based authentication failed. when launching an X app from the terminal. The apps still work ok, I'd just like to know what the error is. I tried man gnome-smproxy but got confused. anyone else had this? thanks, rich
