pdftohtml  (pdftohtml.sourceforge.net/) 
Edit your html file.
then
html2ps
followed by
ps2pdf

Can't speak at all for how well it might or might not work. As a minimum you 
will need to get hold of a heap of MS compatable fonts I think.
