That's allready done:

 moseley@bumby:~$ mount | grep usb
 usbfs on /proc/bus/usb type usbfs (rw)

 moseley@bumby:~$ lsmod | grep usb
 usb_storage            29696  1 
 scsi_mod               81152  1 usb_storage

I wonder if it could be a problem with my USB hardware.  I've got only
usb 1.1 hardware.
