HD about to die?

A co-located server unceremoniously had it's power cable pulled out, and
after finally getting to onsite techs to plug it back in, I am seeing
the following in syslog:

Jun 19 18:35:05 syd-nf-01 kernel: hda: dma_intr: status=0x51 {
DriveReady SeekComplete Error }
Jun 19 18:35:05 syd-nf-01 kernel: hda: dma_intr: error=0x40 {
UncorrectableError }, LBAsect=358604, sector=165760
Jun 19 18:35:05 syd-nf-01 kernel: end_request: I/O error, dev 03:05
(hda), sector 165760
Jun 19 18:35:05 syd-nf-01 kernel: vs-13070: reiserfs_read_inode2: i/o
failure occurred trying to find stat data of [47816 47817 0x0 SD]

I have a cron running every 5 minutes that appears to be triggering the
alert.

Googling on the above errors has given me very little hope of fixing the
issue - But I am welcome to any suggestions as the server is about
1000km away!

Regards,
MB
