filemap.c handles mapping files to memory (mmap).  The ext file systems
use it, but I dunno what else does (I dunno whether nfs does, for
instance).  The message you're getting is from the "BUG()" call, and
there are a variety of odd events that can trigger that.  I bet you'll
have more success asking about this on the LKML; if you do, be sure to
include the rest of the messages (which I presume are your "... ..."
etc. above).  If you get an oops, be sure to include all that info.
