Re: Internet sharing only works for a few minutes. URGENT

I'm posting this to debian-user as it needs more attention that it would
get on debian-fierwall. Have you tryed with debian stable aka woody? I
have the problem solved by doing some hokey pokey stuff I can't redo.

It could be a problem with Debian's kernel patches is running woody
dosen't fix it try with a pristene kernel. Remember that kernel.org
kernels don't have cramfs so you will have to use romfs if you need
initrd.

These two problems look the same to me and I have/had a third. Dose
anyone know if these issues were resolved and if there is a problem
withDebian's or Linux's iptables? I'm thinking something in a recent
update, two weekes past, has caused this. Many other ppl may be effected
but areunaware or not using iptables. This should be a BIG RED FLAG!!!
I think its a Debian and/or iptables issue, because I had changed thenic's
(one of them was a Gigabit/s),
try to share the internet whit a live cd (kurumin/debian based), andthe
result was the same.

Then I pick a HD an install Suse 9.0 and it worked.

I trying to get things done for almost 3 weeks, now the solution is
tochange distro :'(
