apt-get hangs

Hi,

I've got a system that I'm perfectly happy with - EXCEPT there's an old
upgrade which didn't go through. Every time I run apt I get the
following. Apt hangs there every time for indefinite time.

Is there a way just to make apt forget this apache upgrade? As I said
apache and php work perfectly and I don't want them changed.

Setting up apache (1.3.29.0.2-4) ...
Error: 220mod_auth_curdir.info does not have a valid LoadModule entry.
Error: 240mod_auth_dbm_curdir.info does not have a valid LoadModule
entry.
Error: 250mod_auth_db_curdir.info does not have a valid LoadModule
entry.
The above errors might cause apache to not work properly or start
Please refer to the documentation on how to fix it or report it to
Debian Apache Maling List <debian-apache@lists.debian.org> if in doubt
on how to proceed
Configuration file `/etc/apache/httpd.conf'
==> File on system created by you or by a script.
==> File also in package provided by package maintainer.
What would you like to do about it ? Your options are:
    Y or I : install the package maintainer's version
    N or O : keep your currently-installed version
D : show the differences between the versions
Z : start a new shell to examine the situation
The default action is to keep your current version.
*** httpd.conf (Y/I/N/O/D/Z) [default=N] ?N

thanks,
Mikko
