Yes this is correct.
This is what I have in my XFConfig-4
Section "InputDevice"
Identifier "Generic Keyboard"
Driver "keyboard"
Option "CoreKeyboard"
Option "XkbRules" "xfree86"
Option "XkbModel" "pc104"
Option "XkbLayout" "se"
I have tried changing it from pc 104 to 105 and that did not help.
