hey it worked it ... thanks Josh.
i have in /etc/apt/sources.list on my debian woody installation

deb http://download.kde.org/stable/3.2/Debian/ stable main

and used

apt-get install arts kdelibs kdebase
VOLA... tha's all i needed now i have KDE3.2
