You're trying to install unstable directly from an unofficial source.
That's two strikes.

Not any more so than usual... unstable is *always* broken.  The question
is, to what degreee, and is that a degree you can live with?

When did the fsn.hu images start being claimed as something you could
install off of?

You don't.  You dist-upgrade to it.
