XFree86 4.3.0 startup time (was: Re: Knoppix 3.3 beats Debian sid badly in glxgears)

Your are not the only one that have got this slow start up of the 
XFree86 on unstable. I see this too on my Intel Graphics Exteme 
embedded graphics adapter. 
I expect  this to be some configuration error - maybe compile time - 
and not hust something you can change in XF86Config-4.
