1) Get rid of the mozilla installation in /usr/local, and install the
Debian package

2) Get the Debianised flashplayer plugin from
ftp://ftp.nerim.net/debian-marillat/dists/testing/main/binary-i386/flashplayer-mozilla-something-or-other.deb
and install that.
