as root
apt-get install jigdo-file istr

as user
pull the jigdo file xxx.jigdo
the template file is the first download or you can get it

ensure plenty i.e. > 4.7 Gb of disk space

jigdo-lite xxx.jigdo

follow instructions??
istr recall entering a country code and then picking one of the sites 
listed, repeat as requested ie non-US ......
