No, far from it. This is not a clue-free environment. Use the
resources that are available to you, first. Get used to reading
documentation before asking for help, very few people will bother
repeating what has already been put down in widely available
documentation.
If you prefer to remain ignorant and make everybody else work for you,
you really should reconsider whether working with computers is right
for you as a hobby and/or profession.
