Sounds like the F.A.R.T.A. Virus, (Files ART Aol).

You may need to reformat your drive, and reinstall windows. This virus 
could be a plant by the RIAA looking for music files and illegal 
software as well.  Kazaa & AOL are NOT your friends. You may want to 
look out your window to see if your house is being watched.
