In that case, when you update to the 2.6 kernel, you should consider using the 'cifs' filesystem rather than 'smbfs'. That way you get more unixy features, like accurate representation of hard and symbolic links. I haven't tried 'cifs', but that's the theory. Just a tip, Peter
