Hi, The default driver in 4.3 if it supports Quadro will give u 2-d support, not 3-d hardware support. generally, nvidia drivers give u clearer rendering than what comes in Xfree for nvidia. just download and follow the instructions given on nvidia site: you might have to edit the X config files ( modify 2-3 lines at the most) HTH, Sanjay
