Sorry if I missed something, but I don't see what this comment has to do
with me. How a friendly jab at vi and a complaint about the university's
lack of understanding of the linux world have anything to do with "Linux
skilz" is purely beyond me I'm afraid.

My first 'gig' came and went years ago and I don't recall any pummeling
in the process. I appreciate your concern though. :)
