APT::Default-Release "testing";
APT::Cache-Limit 10000000;

I tried using netselect-apt
I have a couple of concerns with it.
1. there seems no way of generating entries for both testing and
unstable files.
2. The utility returned mirrors that were not complete.
I am now using mirror.pacific.net.au which seems to have resolved my
problems.
mirror.aarnet.edu.au is missing some files and I have notified them of
this.
