Thank you. I will have a go one more time. I might do a Knoppix knx-hdinstall
for a faster install/

That's my philosophy anyway, but I kept getting resetting ide error, hard
drive not ready, so I'm pretty sure it's on the way out anyway. Just when I
managed to find a 20gb hd at work :-(
