# apt-cache policy rutebook
rutebook:
  Installed: (none)
  Candidate: 1.0-1
  Version Table:
     1.0-1 0
        990 ftp://techweb.rfa.org testing/non-free Packages
         50 ftp://techweb.rfa.org unstable/non-free Packages

techweb.rfa.org is just the mirror that apt-spy liked for me after the
mirror I had been using in Belgium (recommended previously by apt-spy)
stopped responding. Anyhow, you can see that it is in Sarge and Sid in
non-free - I don't keep a listing of Woody packages, but a check at
packages.debian.org would indicate if it was there.
