Yes. Ad-nauseum. Visiting ftp://ftp.xx.debian.org/ (replace xx with
your ISO country code) will give you the local debian mirror for your
neck of the woods. There is also a mirror list at /MIRRORS . This is
documented on http://debian.org/ if you looked.
