I'm the maintainer of fwbuilder... I just arrived home from a two week vacation and had authorized an NMU be done but have not had a chance to check it out myself yet. This is on my 'todo' list at this time along with a great many other things related to Debian, work and personal items. Of note I've not seen any bugs filed against the version 1.1.1-0.1 which is the NMU'd version that should be in unstable at this time.
