gworkspace and window maker

Hi all,

I'm trying out gworkspace as a relatively lightweight GUI file manager
that I can use with window maker.  Problem is, even with RaiseDelay =
800, gworkspace appears to ignore that setting, and raises itself to the
top whenever the mouse is passed over it.  Needless to say, this is
incredibly annoying.  Is this a bug in gworkspace or window maker?
