rcs help


I been trying my self on RCS
I read the "man rcs" file
created an rcs file with "rcs -i rebel" rebel is the name of my Debian
box
But I can't figure how this is supposed to work.
Isn't there a way to opening the file and editing it?
rcs rebel just gives me an error
