/etc/init.d/keymap.sh called via /etc/rcS.d/S05keymap.sh

If you wanted to load the map manualy, just do

$ /etc/init.d/keymap.sh start

This applies to the console only, as you probably know--X(7) is just a
different story.

There are some general/directives in the kmap file, but as I skimmed
thru the enclosed mappings, AFAICT simply incorporating to the
abovementioned file would suffice.
