Hi.

I want to execute shutdown as other user than root. How to do it? Is it
possible?

Note: I want to do it in one box with Debian that doesn't have command sudo
and I don't want to install it.

Old aunts used to come up to me at weddings, poking me in the ribs and
 cackling, telling me, "You're next."
They stopped after I started doing the same thing to them at funerals.
